ehem... is this thing on?
yeah i know. it's been a while, a long while. but i think it's mostly because i've had no reason to procastinate. summer has been pretty entertaining.
let's see, i went to chicago... but i guess that's old news now. i went to visit my dad's side of the family before i leave for college. i love that side of the family, honestly, but my mom's side takes a little more work. but that's beside the point, chicago was great. they cut my hair, and took me to the city, and made me sweat in 100 degree weather, and found thrift stores for me to thrive in. it was great. i took pictures and stuff, they're on my facebook.
that's another thing. myspace and facebook have replaced livejournal and yahoophotos. i think maybe i'll start bringing both of those back. like you care.
but other than all that, there's joe. he's pretty much made this summer for me.
oh, the airport surprise! i forgot about that. marisa flew to LA for her orientation and when she flew home (after four days) kristin, greg, and i decided it would be a good idea to surprise her in costume at the airport. i was a drag queen, kristin was a japanese prostitue, and greg was like a clown or something. it all worked wonderfully. she was surprised and embarassed and everything we could have asked for.
and then, yesterday, marisa and i went to the bank of the west tennis championship or something. i guess it was big. i wasn't sure. but tennis is an interesting sport to watch. so quiet. that's so foreign to me. i'm used to loud sports. sports are supposed to be loud. but i guess not. anyway, we saw max willis (a ball boy) and we saw tennis and we had our pictures taken. you should see my "i play tennis" picture.
that's it for now. maybe i'll try to keep this thing up. and plus, i've probably forgotten to tell you something. ah yes, love you.
