It is accessed otherwise through that apartment she mentioned there, which is also hers, but entering it transports you to a completely different location. That's a magical safeguard since one of her enemies returned to the City. ;_; So she doesn't want people becoming aware of her *real* home, which is hidden in a forest area. :3 Ashura will be able to come and go from the main house since Megumi brought him through there but guests will find themselves outside of the apartment entrance only before they enter.

She'll also tell Ashura to go to the apartment to enter, to be on the safe side, and to not tell anyone of the *house's* real location. Think of the apartment as a gateway, if people she hasn't allowed try to come in, they'll find themselves in an empty apartment. /tl;dr's
