(no subject)
wow. today i went to safeway at like four o'clock and GUESS WHO'S WORKING THERE! brian of course! i did that whole thing like in the movies where you see your ex and hide/run for it. i think it would be super awkward if i'd had to talk to him because it's been a while and he doesn't go to our school anymore so, yeah.
tomorrow night amanda is going to spend the night and we're gonna watch phantom, have divine pizza and study hardcore for the SAT. i'm so nervous. i
'm happy thought 'cause my uncle called me today and told me to chill out about it. and also, luke's mom called me last night because she read my article in the newspaper and she was like telling me how important it is that i fix all of it and that i look into a college that has a choir and stuff. she's so sweet, even if she talks for a long time. then she told me that she loves me and that i can call her anytime. LUKE I LOVE YOUR MOM. she is great.
today...nefi asked me if she could borrow my POTO cd. HA! SHE HAS BEEN CONVERTED! naturally, i declined, because i cannot bear to part with it, but i offered to burn a copy of it for her which is better anyway. i burned it for her tonight and i realized it's my last blank cd. by the way, i got my stack of blank cds along with my cd burner 2 years ago at christmas. yeah...i don't know how i went through them so slow. unfortunately, my brother used up all his AND my dad's so i'll just have to wait til tomorrow when nick brings summore home. SO amanda i will burn you that emmerson string quartet CD tomorrow. it's really awesome. it has (among others) beethoven, haydn, wolf, schostakovich, mozart, puccini, dvorak, schubert, and brahms.
does anyone else listen to schostakovich? because he is amazing. his pieces are really romantic. i really like puccini too.
this poetry project is kicking my ass. i've done so much work for it. i just finished doing the work cited, listing 18 questions and the lesson plan, biography, and other poems.
ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm yeah so..i don't know what to write my entertainment article on. the only thing i can think of right now is susan kay's phantom, but i think the whole world already knows i'm obsessed and biased. HOWEVER, all that aside...phantom is honestly one of the best books i've ever read. it's freakin' amazing. she is such a gifted writer. it made me cry at the end.
i think i was tagged like 3 times for that guilt survey thing but im too lazy to do it now so ill do it later.
