Am getting all those at the library later, merci! And I nearly wet my pants during the Picture of Dorian Gray unit in AP Lit. God, Wilde is amazing. ♥

Oh, I know.
I went to the library and took out a complete collection of Oscar Wilde, it was brilliant. You should definitely check out The Birthday of the Infanta. Or The Happy Prince, both are beautiful "fairy tales" Wilde wrote.

I wish I had time to read that much. The only opportunity I've had recently was on the plane ride to and from Vienna. I read three books, it made me so happy.

You should dfinitely read Sharon Kay Penman's Welsh trilogy.

"Here Be Dragons"
"Falls the Shadow"
"The Reckoning"

Your Llywelyn is in the second two. The first book focuses on his grandfather Llywelyn ab Iorwerth and King John "Lackland". And I'm hoping that if you do read them her anglisized use of the name Llewelyn won't bother you too much.

Don't bother with Part II of Faust. It's just tons of political and social commentary, almost none of which a modern day American such as you or I can even pick up on. Some really obscure stuff. All the literary merit Faust has to offer is pretty much concentrated in the first part.

I would, however, recommend Marlowe's Dr. Faustus, unless you've already read it.

I could list you ten thousand more, but it's past my bed time. Ask me if you're interested.

I read Dr. Faustus last year, and I definitely agree with what you said about the second part of Faust. I nearly fell asleep reading it.

And oh god, do tell. You have such great taste.
