I think that it did have had some impact on the voting, but really, Kris' sound appeals to much wider audience than Adam's and that's why he won. The good news is that that the majority of people who did vote for Adam will ultimately buy his album, so he's gonna be insanely successful no matter what.

BTW, I have been wondering what your opinion of Adam is for a while now, considering the Freddie comparisons and the talk of him maybe playing with Queen on a couple occasions.

i think Adam's a surprisingly good singer; i think he had the better talent, compared to Kris. not...sure if he'd fit in well with Queen though i think that's just concerning the age difference (you know how older bands usually get older and successful/famous people to join in with them, not new up-and-coming singers) but i wouldn't be opposed if Adam had the opportunity to stick with Queen for a few tours. there's the hindrance of his obligations to AI still, though, so. D: but nah, i like him. i however haven't kept up with the show in /years/ but i did look him up and thought he was good. :D

GIVE IN. Adam (and Kris. And Allison, who I also love, even if I don't often say it here.) will make you so damn happy, I swear. Sure, the season's over, but there's no reason why you can't still watch it. Plus, there's new squee-inducing stuff coming out every day.

They definitely are. In some of those photos Adam's smile is just beatific and that makes me so happy. Plus, have you seen this? He opens the car door for Drake and is sassy and classy to the paps. Total win.
