I had a feeling I'd be getting a certain letter in the mail today...
...and I did.
Unsurprisingly, I didn't get accepted to Berkeley. I'm expecting to receive a similar letter from Davis in a couple days.
So, yeah. I was expecting it, so I'm all right. When I applied, I knew my chances getting in were very low, and since I never heard from anyone during the application reviewing period, I was almost certain that I wasn't going to be among the chosen few. It still sucks majorly 'cause either program would be an excellent fit, but it's okay. I only applied to two programs because of everything that has been going on lately, but as I'll be applying to more for the 2008-2009 term, I'll have a better shot then. As I keep saying to myself: I'm young. I still have time.
