(no subject)
HSBC (financing for my car) called the other day while I was at work. I, the worrier that I am, thought something was wrong with the financing and was waiting for them to call again. Turns out its just a welcome call, and to tell me about things that are available to me, as a new customer. What a relief. I'm glad the call display says "HSBC" on it, or I would have just hung up on her. Anyways. I signed up for a free savings account with them, that will give me 5% til October, and %3.5 after that. A good rate, its free, and I've been wanting to get a savings account.
In other news, my car is still amazing. My mom and I are planning on driving up to Alberta to see Ben and Leann in early September. I'm excited. I've never been to their place. And Leann's finally into her second trimester, so we can be excited! I'm making some blankets for her and the other 100 pregnant people I know. For Ben and Leann's I'm going to attempt to weave a scull and crossbone into it. Haha, its an ambitious project for sure.
I have to get ready for work now.
