Questions

This feels familiar...but I think I stole it from YI. Anyway! This is totally open to interpretation. You can say something about questions, use a question, even a simple WTF? will do. Do whatever you want! And actually, since it's been a while since I've done it, I am recanting Rules 5, 6, and 7. Eh, why the hell not? Less rules to pay attention to. XD

Special Rule:
- Your icon must have something involving "question" on it. Either the word, a question mark, or an actual question. Savvy?
