So, today the good folks at Discovery Organics stuck me in the warehouse for a couple hours, and I sprained my wrist trying to catch a 40 pound box of bananas. So continues my lifelong battle against that particular yellow fruit -- I'll conquer you yet, bananas.
Aside from the somewhat embarrassing injury, which honestly says more about my feebleness than the quality of the workplace, this whole "job" thing seems to be going fairly smoothly. For one, I learned I am actually capable of existing outside my bed at 6 in the morning. That, my friends, is a great accomplishment. I see productivity on the horizon!
