Back in the day when Dragon Ball Z came out, when we used to watched it episode after episode, day in and day out while sitting at the edge of out seats waiting to see what would happen next. When the Internet was not around carrying a million spoilers for the episodes to come. Who ever predicted that that Purple Haired teenager would be the son of Vegeta and Bulma.
I dare anyone to come up to me and say that they saw Vegeta and Bulma working out, Anyone who watched DBZ when it first came out and no one knew what was going to happen next. I'm prepared to eat my own foot if someone says so and proved it to me.
I can promise you that when Trunks told Goku who were his parents, there wasn't a single fan who was either spitting their drink out of their nose, had their jaws drop to the floor or had a WTF look on his face.
No one saw it coming, even me. I did all of those three actions that I listed when I heard Trunks say that statement and I was like "No way ... there is no way ... Vegeta is an ass towards Bulma, he tried to kill her once in the past and Bulma can't stand Vegeta's ego .. how the hell are they going to...."
and then baby Trunks came into the picture
I seriously love this pairing to death .. i would have never predicted that these two would end up together but now that they did I'm so glad that they ended up together. I just wished they showed us how it really happened instead of leaving it as a mystery to the fans to think of the million fanfictions that were written about how these two ended up together
