Why Is Britain Angry At the World?

Dec 27, 2019 00:06

Britain is on course to get its Brexit soon after much bad blood between the EU and the UK recently.

In addition to Brexit blues, Britain is also angry at the entire world because it feels that she has been hard done by it ever since the collapse of the Greater British empire (while the remaining UK is still an empire as it lords over several more or less unwilling peoples such the Scotts and the Welsh now also Islamic populations on the British Isles).

The reason for this anger is that Britain is essentially an authoritarian state controlled by a plutocrat and Monarchic establishment.

Of which, one leading indicator is that there is virtually no free press or media in the UK.

Radio and television are dominated by the BBC, which is a massive government-run propaganda tool, while the remaining TV and radio and virtually all print media are firmly in the hands of Establishment-aligned plutocrats and/or are controlled by Britain's corrupt and also plutocrat-serving security services.

Over 80 percent of print publications are owned by plutocrats who are members of the Establishment and also by a handful of foreign plutocrats aligned with them for reasons of self-interest.

Also, attempts are ongoing to control the flow of information by targeting RT's services, which is one of the very few independent sources of information left in Britain, and by restricting the flow of information over the Internet most recently under the guise of controlling the spread of online pornography.

However, ultimately such status quo will be to the detriment of the UK itself and may even precipitate its disintegration or speed up its protracted economic decline.

Already the great British citizenry is pretty vague on what is really going in the world around them and on their country's much reduced global role and economic standing, hence their misguided preference for Brexit as if Britain could survive on its own without the support and guidance of the EU which it obviously cannot.

Recent lists of countries ranked by GDP (PPP) [the only more or less objective measure] compiled by the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank and the CIA "Fact"book place Britain firmly out of the top 5 nations and while it currently holds 9th place after China, the US, India, Japan, Russia, Germany, Indonesia, and Brazil, its position in the top ten is very questionable and is likely due to some creative accounting on the part of the list compilers who are all Western controlled entities with no particular agenda to be truthful when it comes to recording the recent economic reverses of the Western world and who are still reeling from having to recognize China as the unquestionable top economy in the World with the US a distant second.

No UK in the top seven.
