Good news! I'm actually going to graduate this December! I'm particularly excited about this because I hadn't realized until recently that I was this close...and I just finalized it today. I'm officially signed up for all the classes I need to graduate, and will walk with other psychology graduates in December! I don't even think my remaining course load is all that difficult. Granted, I'm taking a full summer load, but they're mostly easy classes - and after a semester full of nothing but labs, I think I can stand them. Two of the five I'm taking aren't necessary, either, they're just to replace poor grades I've gotten in the past. I think I'll manage.
Also, things seem to be coming together a tad. My mom is thinking of buying a house in Milwaukee, in which she'll let me live while she's living in Tucson (and while she's in Milwaukee, of course) paying low rent. So, not only do I get a deal on rent...I'll actually (sort of) own it - or at least not have to worry about a landlord demanding that my front yard have neat weeds...I mean grass. It's really just an idea at this point, but it's still pretty exciting.
Ryan's dad wants to talk to us this weekend about up coming living arrangements. Ryan thinks his dad might offer to let Ryan live in their cabin mansion in South Dakota...apparently he keeps mentioning that they have lots of jobs up there. So we'll see. While I'd be sad to be apart from Ryan - it would honestly be nice to perhaps see him have a little change.
Anyway, back to graduation - I'd love it if as many of my friends and family can attend (I wasn't really into the whole graduation idea when I first started college, but now that it's here (almost), it seems like a nice excuse to get together a bunch of people I wouldn't otherwise see). So, I'm not exactly sure when in December graduation is (obviously before Christmas) but if you think you can make it, I'd be thrilled.
