Well, fixing the brakes on my car ended up costing $700.33. Isn't that fancy? My boss thought I was ditching work when I called in the day of my shift after having left my car at the shop with next to no brakes left in the front. If I had driven that night, I'm sure they would've gone out completely, and I would've slammed into someone's living room. So much for my savings.
