Grey skies are gonna clear up...
so I'm puttin on my bitchy face (sorry, it's the only one I have).
*Tomarrow, I go back to work. Ought to be nice and uncomfortable, but I will get through it...I always do.
*The show was amazing! Quite a turnout for a Monday, and those that were there were nothing but supportive. Everyone had a great time, even those that were working it...and that is the goal.
*During rehearsals for the show, I seemed to pull a muscle under my left boob. It hurts, a lot...so I have been in bed for days. But this too will heal.
*The new "flavor of the week" has made it 11 days...I think that may be a new record. Still not sure how I feel, but he is very sweet, he calls to check on me every day, he has a real job (he's executive chef at a restaurant), he came to the show and was proud...not jealous, and he adores me. Sure, he has short hair and no tattoos...so not quite my type. But for now, I am rolling with it...not quite over, but far from "til death do us part". We'll see.
*My Duckie is home. I missed him.
So all in all, things are not great...but they are looking up. It's a start.
