just a very small hil rant
I was in the car with my 9 year old cousin today. When she decided to ask me "Do you like Hilary Duff?" I just respond with a simple "no." And she goes on with all of this stuff about being her number one fan. I, not wanting to crush her, just say "ah...well I like different kinds of music... I prefer rock" when she says "Oh! Hilary does Rock!! I wish I brought my cds!!"
She is putting these wrong images of rock in childrens heads. Since that is obviously her only fan base. Ugh. Thank god she left her cds at home.
