Charles Gray's first portrayal of Mycroft Holmes...

...wasn't in the Granada Television series, but in the 1976 film adaptation of Nicholas Meyer's The Seven Per Cent Solution. It's a curious, rarely-seen little monstrosity, notable for (among other things) Robert Duvall's credibility-stretching English accent (he actually sounds French at times, but plays Dr. Watson with a nicely Canonical limp), Nicol Williamson and Jeremy Kemp enjoying a sabre duel on top of a speeding locomotive, and Alan Arkin pretty much stealing the show as Sigmund Freud, trying to cure Sherlock's cocaine addiction. Oh, and Laurence Olivier puts in a turn as Professor Moriarty. Of course.

Anyway, some genius has uploaded the film to StageVu.com:

Enjoy.
