However, I'm surprised that no one seems to have paid much attention to the name of the chap allegedly behind the campaign to shift Blair's autobiography to the "crime" sections of bookshops:
Euan Booth.

It should. "Euan" is the name of Blair's eldest son, and "Booth" is the maiden surname of Cherie, Blair's wife.
