The Incoherence of Joss Whedon - a suitable case for dismissal.

I'd almost forgotten about Dollhouse, the failed Eliza Dushku vehicle which really should've ended in 2009, but is staggering along into the new year like a particularly slow-on-the-uptake TV zombie. Anyway, I caught up with the last few episodes over the weekend, and it seems to have turned into a Whedon repertory company production of The Mousetrap, with the guy who also plays the U.S. President in Little Britain (Boyd?) now the latest butler to have "done it". Jesus, what a mess. According to Topless Robot (http://www.toplessrobot.com/2010/01/buffy_season_8s_big_bad_revealed_and.php), Whedon is pulling the same desperate sort of plot-twisting sh*t with his Buffy comics now, so I'll sign off with the comment I made over there...

Re: Dollhouse. For the Special Edition Blu-Ray release of Season 2, Whedon has digitally inserted a little old CGI lady who makes Olivia Williams' tea and turns out to be behind EVERYTHING.

Don't let this man near your television networks ever again. He carries the smell of death."
