It was yet another grim day at school. Every day is a grim day at school.
But I put my work-study check in the bank, and bought bread and sausages, and then succumbed to temptation and went to Ivar's for some fish and chips and chowder. Ivar's chowder is completely addictive. It has forced me to reconsider my long-standing grudge against bacon. And they randomly gave me an extra piece of fish, which was nice of them, so I'm altogether more content with life than I would usually be on a night before typography class.
