saturday 7-8-06 (written sporadically while at work)

i have been without internet/blog access for far too long now and it's slowly starting to eat away at my insides (the blog part not the internet part --- i may be addicted but i'm it isn't my life, now)

started a new job @ a printing press. can't complain. good hours (full time, for the most part) and good pay (plus overtime some nights, woohoo!) AND good peoples. it's not everyday you get to work with a staff of pretty awesome people.

the only con that i can see is that i don't always get to see the friend peoples on the weekends due to my long hours. some nights i don't leave until 1, 2, or 3 in the morning (how's that for dedication, eh?)

on a side note (before i forget) i realized earlier today that i spent the last 2 holidays with the same friend. i mean like totally all day spent. Independence and Memorial day. Will have to remember to spend Labor with that friend too! Hahaha.
though i did spend the 4th of July with my gang as well, it didn't last as long as i would hope it could have (those Helen Keller jokes were too fuckin hilarious, Fluff)

summer session 1 is finally over. no more psycho babble ... for a while, hopefully.

i have no music @ work, just the monotonous drone from the xerox printers, so random songs get stuck in my head. like Rufus Wainwright "Old Whore's Diet" and Slipknot "Spit It Out" --- and i'm talking at the same exact time. craziness, i tell ya but it does keep my mind occupied ---- else i might crack from nothing else to do in between print jobs, when i'm just sitting twiddling my thumbs for half an hour.

or i text! oh my, do i text... i've become almost a serial texter. it's getting bad. i'm dreading the phone bill ... yikes...

i'm thinking i'm on the verge of a non-bloggish/stream of conscious entry soon. it's just building up way too fast for me to keep up with it any other way. maybe tomorrow, maybe with coffee. who knows.

and the hand has cramped up...

acumark, life, work
