Stitch #15 -- WARNING.

I never thought I would be making this sort of post, however, knowing what I do about a recent arrival, it would be sheer negligence not to make it.
Kurotsuchi Mayuri, a shinigami, Captain of the 12th Division in the Gotei 13, and the President of the Shinigami Research Institute, is now in the City.
This man is dangerous. This man must be avoided, especially if you are a person of any extraordinary talent. He is insane, cruel, and utterly without any sense of mercy, any sense of right or wrong. He will eagerly blow up his subordinates whom placed their trust into him, so to capture a potential specimen. He considers all people specimen, good only for dissecting and submitting to harsh experimentation.
Many shinigami believe that they fight for something good, that what they do is for the best. It may be true, it may not, but this man can hardly be called even a man. Women, especially, should be careful. He has experimented on his own body, made his appearance freakish and skeletal. Avoid so much as a nick from his zanpakuto in its initial release, as it will fill your blood with a paralyzing poison, making you unable to move but quite able to feel pain. He has much, much more at his disposal.
You must also be wary of his daughter, Kurotsuchi Nemu. She will obey his orders, whatever they are, even if they should include acting as a decoy. He will hurt her without qualm in order to have his specimen.
Inoue-san. Please be careful. Be diligent when you are outside, and hide your reiatsu if you do not already.
Do not engage him. He's mine
ATTENTION: I must add a belated note to this warning, in regard to Kurotsuchi Nemu. She has long been taking extensive notes on the populace of the City. I have seen these notes, I have read those on the Arrancar as well as those of the City. It's a lot of detailed information, and it will no doubt attract his attention to many of you. So, if you were thinking that you would simply escape his notice, don't be foolish. Be on guard.
