Has there been any proper investigation of what occurred last Friday?

By which I mean the rampage of a four-legged beast whose eyes (or, I assume it was the eyes) were able to transport individuals to a bizarre version of the City.

Any explanation of the second city would also be welcome.

I'm not sure. I didn't see much of it. But the room I was in looked exactly the same as my living room.
