By which I mean the rampage of a four-legged beast whose eyes (or, I assume it was the eyes) were able to transport individuals to a bizarre version of the City.

Any explanation of the second city would also be welcome.

All I can tell you about the other City is that it's really hard to hear someone who's there.

Certainly. It may prove useful to further explore that place. It seems to be the first time its existence has been made known, and yet I am sure it is still there - that is, lasting beyond a curse.

First of all, I would need monkeys, and I doubt they come cheap. Second, that would be entirely pointless, as I've already been there.
