I had not intended to make such an attention gathering post on that day.

For any concerned curious, I never required medical attention. Shizuka Doumeki and Kurosaki Ichigo have recovered at this time. I have enquired enough to learn that the others affected have, through the City's mechanics or otherwise, attempted to return to normality.
