To the City:
I hereby offer my sincerest apologies for my outlandish behavior in the last curse. While some may feel, and I often do, that one cannot be held fully responsible for what actions the City incites him to perform during a curse, in this case, it would be intolerable to neglect an apology. One cannot help but feel that the City, more often than not, only accents and drives into the extreme, some existing disposition.
To all those I accused or in some fashion inconvenienced, I am sorry. Especially... Doumeki-san, and Inoue-san
