Dimo will likely be very, very confused by this. At first, he'll think that Maxim put her up to it, but then remember that Maxim intensely dislikes Anthy. Plus, well, it's Anthy, so he won't be able to be mad at her much, if at all. Eventually, he'll say a nice "thank you" to her, though Maxim will probably think that it's hilarious, maybe decide that Anthy isn't quite so bad after all, and place it in a spot of honor in the room where Dimo can see it every day. IDK, this is all just coming off the top of my head, but it seems likely.
