Lunch, 06/27/2010 - Bachelor's Delight

I'm back to making my Bachelor's Delight.

I buy as many of the cheapest frozen pizzas as I can carry home, along with an assortment of fresh vegetables.

I chop up the veggies and array them on the pizza, then send it through the toaster oven. It's filling, it's cheap, and it's a great carrier for fresh vegetables.

Today's featured spinach, onion, garlic, zucchini, and a few leaves of chard and bok choi from my planters.
