Hi, was wondering if anyone could recommend an ethnography (or any anthropological work for that matter) conducted on the Animal Rights Movement?
The only one I'm aware of is Susan Sperling's "Animal Liberators". Which is rather out of date (not to mention highly self-serving).
I'm not expecting too many replies to this, I know it's a controversial issue too - I'm not looking to argue pro or against animal rights, I just find the topic interesting from an environmental-social movement perspective.
Thanks!
