Ran today at lunch, plan to run again after i get home, hopefuly. I am trying liquid diet where i don't eat solid foods, so yogert, protein shakes, and jamba juice. i wanna see how this works out. I actually lost 2 pounds already so i got 4 more pounds untill im happy and 7 untill im really happy..and then it will go back up again because ill be gaining muslce mass...muscle mass sucks...i like losing weight, not gaining weight..why does it have to be heavier than fat!
