I've been watching a few eposides about 'Mini House' programs....
The idea is commendable, really, but...
Sometimes I want to SCREAM!
They always say that storage is the big issue, but whenever they put in a drawer they waste about 1/8 of the space. At least!
And of course they install full-size washers and dryers.
No, I'm not going to get a Mini House of my own, but my apartment is just under 700' so about double the size of the larger Mini Houses, so I thought I might find some space saving ideas for the new hobby desk I'm designing.
