"David Rhodes" letter
It looks like "David Rhodes" is in the wild again. I received a David Rhodes letter today. This is the second one I've been sent, however the first one was around 3-4 years ago. Anyway, if you haven't seen this before, I've scanned the letter and put in under the cut for you to look at. It is a scam, and illegal in australia, regardless of what the letter says about enclosing a note saying it is a gift. DOCEP WA has a page on this scam, as does victorian consumer affairs.
