A jewelry update! (x-posted in the vesperjewelry blog, sorry if you're reading this twice)
I just finished a new ring! This was my second ever experience working with gold, and I look forward to many more experiences in the future. My first attempt at this ring ended with me melting the bezel. But the second one turned out great!
This ring has a sterling silver band, 14k yellow gold bezel and a 5mm smoky blue Chalcedony cabochon.

And these are some new earrings!
I'm practicing making things simpler in the hopes that more things will get done! But that might possibly be the hardest thing in the world for me to do, because I love to make things detailed and complex. Baby steps!
