Career Milestone
Well folks, I feel an odd sense of accomplishment. Since about September I have been producing, writing and hosting a show on the internet for ESPN Milwaukee, but on onmilwaukee.com. In December I gained a sponsorship from the Wisconsin National Guard and the show was placed on espnmilwaukee.com. Tomorrow will be a historic day for me, the show debuts over the air, and for the first time since college I will be a professional radio talkshow host. The Wisconsin Sports Week that was is a revue style show where I intro some of our best interviews of the week. The show will be airing from 7:30 to 8:00 am every Saturday thru the end of July for certain and hopefully longer. I know its not much but I finally feel like I'm one step closer to making it. I feel it more with this than I did during my stint as a sportscenter anchor from January till the end of March (I was doing updates during the replay of Stephen A. Smith, which got cancelled on the national level). So if you are in the Chicagoland or Milwaukee area, tune in to 540 AM and check it out, any feedback given is greatly appreciated.
