Has to be. That 'lady' has an Adam's apple, only partially airbrushed out. I believe this story relates to the incident referred to in Mutiny, about drinking Portsmouth dry. That looks like Southsea common in the background...

How come everytime I post something perfectly innocent to my LJ it immediately degenerates into a discussion about Horatio in drag? What is it with you guys??!

You may have a fair point this time though....Having said that, if that's Horatio and Archie then Horatio is on his knees and Archie is standing on a bale of hay! Or what ever else may be lying around on Southsea common... ;P

Horatio is seated on their picnic basket (tired after consuming the best part of a leg of gammon) and Archie is comforting him in the distress of his reflux oesophagitis.
