Could somesone please tell me where I can watch/download Seasons 5 and 6 Doctor Who episodes?

Vudu has legitimate, pay-and-stream-right-away BBC America shows, including Doctor Who. So does iTunes Music Store: buy the current season right here. Mmm, high-def! Earlier seasons are probably out on DVD by now, too.

I love the fragmentation of the market:

If you have a PS3, or a new internet-enabled TV or BluRay player and you have decent internet bandwidth, get Vudu: it does 1080p, real hi def. I think there's only one bluray that supports downloads, though.

If you want to watch on a computer, I suspect Amazon might be the best bet.

On an Apple TV (which only goes to 720p) or iPad etc., it's iTunes.

And of course if you're trying to catch up with old Who, probably Netflix ;)
