ooh. This is both squirmy-hot and squirmy-uncomfortable. I really like seeing Buffy's brain ticking over. I worry about her sticking to her word to the point of danger, but I trust her to be smart enough to pull back if necessary.

I love this. Even the uncomfortable bits, maybe especially because of the uncomfortable bits. I love watching Buffy's brain work and all the shifting and realigning. And, I am salivating for the reaction when, (a) Buffy works out why it was so very wrong, and (b) when Giles finds out. :}
