My brain is utterly uncontrollable

Yeah. You wanted 10K words kicking off a longer storyline involving Xander and Giles in a D/s relationship at the end of season 4, didn't you. Last night I wrote something with Giles, Xander, Willow, and Tara that surprised me. The four of them are kind of majorly a lot out of sympathy with Buffy, but that's the story driver. Situation can't stay ( Read more... )

Darlin', there is no rush. Ever. Really.

I was actually thinking of inflicting more of the same story, version 6.8, upon on you. One at a time. So the torture lasts longer that way.

I think that will be coming sooner than the G/X, which got complicated. Perhaps this weekend. I can't make promises. When the pot of simmering story is ready, I'll take it off the stove.

Oh, I'm in love with that metaphor!

As long as there are writers like you writing Buffyverse fic, the fandom is not going to die out anytime soon. So there.

And that goes for you, too. The daily newletters are still cooking along nicely. It'll never be as massively huganic as the HP fandom, but that's okay.

Yayz! I hope to have something this weekend. Though probably not the G/X, which grew a bunch. Eep!

The Buffy fandom is fading? I didn't know that so wasn't worried, may start worrying now. Chuffed to read that you won't be done with Giles for a good while yet and I look forward to what is to come.

I do not believe it's fading. I believe it's chugging along in a steady way, and probably will be like this for years. The show remains the best thing I have ever watched on television, and it's still drawing in new fans.

♥ Buffy, Willow, Xander, and Giles.
