Quote for the moment: "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder."
This was a good weekend. I had homework but I got quite a bit finished and still have time to relax and hang out with friends. I slept (yay!) and worked on my rug (yay!) and watched the BBC version of Pride & Prejudice (yay!) instead of re-reading the novel again (double yay! still a good book but movie takes less time ^_^) and won a $10 gift card to Meijer and bought muffins. Overall a good weekend. Nice and lazy.
So lazy in fact that I wanted my cake and to eat it too. And I did, so to speak. I have to read Salem's Lot by Stephen King for my American gothic lit. class and it's creepy as hell. Yet in order to work on my rug at the same time, I downloaded a free voice reader program to read my ebook version to me.... in a slightly monotone voice. The Toshiba male voice is better than the Stephen Hawkings voice. But I tell you, it's funny as hell to be listening to the computer curse at you in a semi-monotone voice. XD
Halloween was a blast, btw. My costume was Where's Waldo. And I went out to eat with my friend Catt on that night because it was her b-day. We got to swim at her parent's hotel also. fun fun!
Oh, and people should go see Madagascar 2. It was awesome!
Anyhoo, I best get back to homework now I suppose.
