WHAT: Rodney is EATING AND WORKING SIMULTANEOUSLY. The gingberry pie is good. Come talk to him!
LOG: Even the possible end of humanity as he knows it can't quite stem Rodney's appetite. I mean, yes -- this is bad! Yes, he's separated from his friends. Yes, his genius is clearly not appreciated here. Yes, he misses his prescription mattress and he swears they put lemon in things just to spite him and the supposed coffee is nowhere near as good as his -- but. But. But he's been working late into the night, doing his best to try and understand everything here. And it's slow going, but he's getting there. He's saved the city, the world -- the galaxy a thousand times before. But this is more Carson's department than this. Or some crossover. He isn't sure. He taps a little touchscreen computer and springs up a simulation, frowning at it over a mug.
He misses blue jello. That was always his favorite.
