[ Then he laughs at Luke's concern. ] Don't worry. It doesn't look like I can do anything with my bare hands.

And that's good, because knowing you, if you got it open, you'd never stop taking it apart.
[From his grin came a small laugh; a relieved chuckle, mostly. He was glad to know at least one of his friends was safe and sound. Of course, if he expected anyone to be a survivor, it'd be Guy.]

[ Nods. ] Yeah, that sounds right. But can you really blame me? I mean, have you looked at this thing? [ His eyes are practically glowing. ]
[ Is quite relieved himself. He knew he would have spent a lot of time here wondering if Luke was alright. Guy had taken care of him so long, worrying about Luke was something he started to do without even really noticing. ]
I'm in the cafeteria right now? How about you?

The NEXUS? Yeah, it's a bit complicated. I'm sure you'll figure it out faster than I ever will. [For the most part he's been too afraid to experiment with the device, and he's only barely managed to figure out the VIDEO function, but hey, he's trying.]
I just got back from a walk around the courtyard. So, I'm in my room.
[ooc: ahh. late reply is late. the when they cry franchise took over my life for 72 hours and counting.]

I think I've got most of it's main functions worked out. I'm still curious about the inside, though.
Anyway, if you're just in your room, do you mind if I come up there? If I don't get lost, that is. [ Grins. ]

Oh yeah, do you even know where the room is? It's on the first floor so it shouldn't be too hard to find. [A pause and then a semi-serious look:] But there are no tools to pry your NEXUS open in here...

Alright, what's the number? [ Smiles. ] And I'm not coming over there for the tools, Luke. I'm coming to see you, dork.
[ The camera becomes a little shaky as Guy gets up from his sit in the cafeteria and starts walking towards the door. ]

[Well as long as he's not coming over for the tools I have, but still....]
Uhh, hold on. [Placing the NEXUS face down into his bed, he proceeds to begin hiding any and all tools he had lying around under the bed, swords included.
Returning to the foot of the bed, he picks up the NEXUS and looks into the screen:]
... Back! You're on your way, right?

Hey, that was fast. [He turns off the video feed rather quickly. As impulsive as it was, there really was no need for the NEXUS anymore. He makes his way to the door and opens it with a smile:]

Good to see you, Luke! [ He'll squeeze Luke's shoulder in a friendly greeting. ]

Uh... Guy? [A pause and then:] Haha, nevermind. You seemed a bit serious there at first, just a bit.
[He begins to turn around in the doorway, and folds his arms over his head.] You know, I just wanted to open the door for you this once. At the manor, you'd just come in the window. Seems a bit different already, huh?

Ah, sorry. [ Guy shrugs, smiling softly. ] I'm just glad to see that you're okay.
But you're right about that. I don't think climbing in the window will be so easy here. I guess you'll have to get used to opening the door. [ He grins. ] I hope that won't be too much trouble for you.
