[When the feed starts up it's pointed at a plain blank wall before it shifts to a serious faced man. The backdrop behind him is that of the entrance to the library, he's standing out in the hall right now.]
There's certainly no lack of reading material.

This place is pretty interesting if a bit dully colored. I heard that it's the only place left with power but has anyone been outside? Or is everyone followed the advisory against it?
[Another brief pause and a serious look leveled at the camera.]
