[The NEXUS's video function flickers on, the image focused on Terra's stasis pod. To all who can see, it appears as if Terra is still firmly locked in stasis--
Until his eyelids start to flicker slightly, signaling the change from total suspension to merely a state of REM sleep. His dream appears to be a peaceful one, if the small smile that has

His face lit up.]
Terra! [He's grinning so widely, the red-orange charm around his neck filling the view for a moment before his face came into view. It looks as though he's calling into someone's bedroom.] Aqua, Terra's waking up!
[He's laughing a bit when his face turns back to the Nexus, seeing Terra's sleeping face.] Be right there, buddy! Just you wait!
[And he takes off out of his and Aqua's room.]

He's..what?!
VEN! [And now she's running after him.]

It's... blurry. Everything is out of focus, and he feels tired--more than he really should be feeling. 'What... where am--''
And the memories start returning, little by little. Being drawn in by a warm light, the world with the star-shaped fruit. That boy, Riku--
And, as he was leaving, a strange light, and an object in the Lanes Between--a cry for help, and now...
He winces again, and his vision is slowly clearly. White. Lots of white. Where is he?]

He finally gets to the door to the stasis room and punches in the code before slipping in and passing several others he's met while here in a B-line for Terra's pod.]
Terra! [Dude, is it even possible to smile this much?]
Reply
Panting a little she stands behind, offering a small smile.]
Terra...[Come on...wake up...don't fall back asleep.]

And the light is dimmed somewhat, as two familiar--if blurry-- people step into view. He lowers his arm and squints--nope, vision still blurry. But hearing them call out to him... he'd know them and their voices anywhere.] Aqua? Ven?
Reply
[He chuckles a bit, resting his hands behind his head. Man, talk about things taking a turn for the better!] Feeling any better?

...why don't you sit down?
Reply
[His head is in a fog, and finally--finally Ven and Aqua are coming into focus--sit down? He was standing?
... he was standing--he was inside of something. Any sleepiness on his part was being quickly overwritten by confusion. What was going on?]

[Ven calls out to the scientists again, asking for help. It's the second time he's had to this month, and he's never been so happy to do so. In a short amount of time, though, they have Terra out of the stasis pod and Ven's there to help support him as his taller best friend gets out.]
It's... kind of a long story, man. What's the last thing you remember?

And like him, she goes to Terra's outside to help support their tall best friend.]

But the questions kept piling up as the strange men opened up the pod and helped him out. his body didn't want to respond very well, it was almost as if he hadn't moved in months, but that couldn't be right, could it?
When the men walked away to see if he could support himself, Terra was just glad that Aqua and Ven were there to help. Why didn't his legs want to support his weight? So, with one hand on Ven's shoulder and the other on Aqua's, he finally managed to steady himself somewhat.
Except... hold on, Ven had asked him a question.] The last thing I remember...
[That... that was an easy one, but why was Ven asking that?] I was leaving the world Aqua told us about--the one with the star-shaped fruit.
[And choosing a successor, but that was neither here or there.]

Oh Light, this was going to be a bit of a doozy to explain. Again.]
...Do you remember hearing a cry for help of some sorts- what was said?
Reply
[Not long after he had left that small world, actually.] It... said something about dying worlds, and some sort of sickness... I couldn't just ignore it.
[Not when he could do something to help--if it was something sweeping through all of the worlds, then it was his job to help in any way he could. He looks at Ven and then and Aqua, still puzzled, but less so now. Pieces were falling into place, somewhat.] Did you both get the same message?
[It... made sense, why Ven and Aqua were here. Neither of them could ignore something like that, either.]
Reply
[Not that he'd complain, because from what he found out from Aqua... he'd be returning to live in battle to slip in a coma later.]
Though, both of you got here four months before I did. You... were asleep in here when I first arrived, Terra. Aqua just woke up about a week ago.
[He frowns a bit, but he starts motioning towards the door.] C'mon, we should probably get you somewhere more comfortable than this place.

Things are usually tough within the first week, getting adjusted and such but...you have both of us. [it's all she can say, helping Ven lead Terra to their room to rest.]
