Sleep

I am tired this afternoon, as almost every afternoon. I know the problem is that I am not getting quite enough sleep. However, the trouble isn't so much that I don't go to bed at a reasonable time, but that I have a hard time going to sleep. It takes me a good couple of hours, and I refuse to go to bed at 7:30 just so I have enough time to settle down. Funnily enough, it doesn't make any difference whether I sleep during the day or not. I have  no problem at all going to sleep in the afternoon at weekends, but not doing that doesn't make it any easier to go to sleep in the evening on weekdays. And I am tired, I just can't go to sleep. Any bright ideas (any music involvin water noises is not applicable, otherwise I am going to spend the entire night on the loo :))
