I have a cold
and it is making me miserable. It started yesterday, and I managed to get most of the housework done which hadn't been done on Saturday because I turned all pathetic after coming back from knitting and shopping, feeling lonely, and I went to the launderette, but I was really shattered in the evening and this morning getting out of bed was quite a heroic undertaking. I am debating not coming in to work tomorrow and instead having a day in bed, in the hope that the cold will vanish before I have to travel on Friday.
I managed to wear the knitted cardigan to knitclub on Saturday and everybody was very complimentary. It is really nice and warm, which is very important at the moment, though it sheds like nobody's business. B said I look like a big ball of fluff.
