As most of you have probably been told already, there are some sort of group of people going around LiveJournal, hacking larger communities through their moderators journal. Once they've hacked a community, they make a post saying that the community is closing. They include several of links in this post, which all contain a virus. Do not press these links, whatever you do!

# Contact the moderators of the community.
To prevent your journal from being hacked, this is what you can do..
#
Email Management - Clear out all unactive email adresses.
#
Change Password - Make the password difficult to figure out and don't base it on your username.
#
Secret Question - Add one that you can answer if you forget your password.
#
Malware Bytes (PC) /
ClamXav (Mac) - Scan your computer for viruses and malware.
