Haven't posted recently
Today was Monday, and I had to go to school, which sucked, but today sucked really hard. It was report card day. I knew my report card was going to suck, so I wasn't going to mention it to my mom until... you know, I like... died of natural causes or something. But, of course, I missed the bus this morning and then she drove me. And do you know what she sees as soon as we get to the school? The big huge billboard out front saying that today was, yup, you guessed it, Report Card Day. Ugh. I still haven't shown it to her. I got a D in Algebra 2. Yup. A big fat D. Huge even. My overall GPA was a 3.125. *gags* It's the lowest I remember ever making. It's my first D... Bleh. We'll see how she takes it if she remembers to make me show it to her later. *sigh*
This weekend was decent. Stayed with Amboo Friday night to work on our project for Public Speaking. It's finished now. It came out pretty well. Definitely better than I had expected. I, uh, "didn't feel well" after staying at Amber's. Nothing to do with her. It was all "me". Stupid chick problemness. I got home Saturday around noon-thirty, and called Matthew to wish him a happy 6 month annniversary. Doesn't seem like it has been 6 months. Whoosh. It's awesome though. Didn't go to the parade because I overslept. I probably needed the rest anyways. Mom was going to try to rush me to school so I could get my stuff for the parade, but then she listened to the weather forecast and they were predicting freezing rain, so she said I wasn't allowed to go. I went back to sleep after that. ^_^ Then I woke up later and called Matthew and we talked on the computer until late, when my computer died, so I went to watch FLCL. I like it a lot more than I thought I would. It's cute. I turned it off around 1:30am, though because I kept falling asleep for a few minutes at a time, so I turned it off because it kind of seemed like a waste to have it on without actually being able to watch it and understand it, as I was wicked tired. Then, I woke up on Sunday and went to church. After church, I went back to Matthew's house to hang out with him. We played on GaiaOnline.com for most of the time. When it was time to eat, I made my plate and then went in to sit on the couch, and tried to move the pillow, and lo and behold, my food had slipped off the plate and onto the floor. Ugh. I was so embarrassed. His mom told me I could go in the kitchen to get some "clean" food, so I went in the kitchen, even though I knew I didn't need different food. I'm sure her floors are clean. I went into the kitchen to just sort of regroup and get myself back together. I was crying when Matthew came in to check on me. He gave me a hug and I took my plate back into the living room where his mommy asked if everything was okay, and it was so I sat down to eat. The food was good, and no dirt was found on it, so all was well. ^___^ I think Sunday was closer to what I would have wanted Saturday to be like if I hadn't been all grumpy and in pain and whatnot. 6 Months is quite an accomplishment. I only hope for more... We shall see where we end up, hm? *mwah* <3
