(no subject)
My parents went to visit my grandmother this weekend. I am starting to feel very guilty because I haven't seen her for a long time and I think she is beginning to think I don't care. Basically I am just so busy whenever my family goes up there to see her, like they'll tell me the day before and I have a gig or an assignment to do or something genuine. This weekend I didn't have anything to do except study and I could have gone but I opted to just stay home, skate, avoid study and watch TV. I suppose I could always go there and visit on my own, it's not hard for me to drive the two hours to visit but I really prefer to go on the trip with my whole family.
My sister came over yesterday and it was good to see her.
I redyed my hair yesterday and it was funny because after being so careful about getting dye on anything and using the gloves etc, I took them off and half of my middle finger is jet black. Fingernail, skin, everything. It has started to wear off now but it was pretty funny.
My suspicions of getting glandular fever from Troy are unfounded. Hooray. I had a bit fo a sore throat and got worried I was going to be sick right in the middle of exams but alas, I was being a hypocondriac (I am sure I spelt that incorrectly).
I am getting one of these little beauties.
The only down side of it I can see is that I have to purchase a fairly expensive memory card in order to be able to film more than 20 seconds of footage and store more than half a song. I also get a pocket-sized girl with it. Pretty cool.
