Mild and natural for anxiety?

What gentle things do you guys use to relax? I've had a really stressful few days and I need to relax. I have an anxiety disorder. Weed definitely used to do it for me, especially on the rare occasion that I was seriously down/anxious, but it is illegal here and I'm not willing to take the risk right now.

I prefer natural things. I like typtophan, lavender, sometimes chamomile...
Yoga is also somewhat comforting for me, and meditation sometimes is. Sleep helps. Eating saltwater seafood sometimes helps.

I didn't really like 5-htp because it was a little strong for me (it hit me while I was going up a ladder). I had a homeopathic remedy, but it didn't work. Things like acid are way too strong for me right now; I wouldn't take anything more than a very mild hallucinogen.

Any suggestions?
