(no subject)
The older I get, the more joy I glean from organizational tools. Seriously. I've always loved plastic bins (infinitely more aesthetically pleasing than cardboard boxes) and labels, but I've recently fallen in love with planners. I went to Walmart last night and purchased a 2006 hard cover planner and I am now obsessed with it. It has nifty tabs to mark each month, includes an at-a-glance calendar for each month and large, lined boxes for each day of the week and an address book. And an expense report section! I'm weak with adoration.
In other news, Rent opens today and I'm quite excited. I hope it translates well onto the big screen.
Lastly, after work (half day!) I am trekking over to Big Y to buy asparagus and corn for tomorrow, then to the post office to mail my short story out for publication (a first for me). Let the rejection letters begin!
