Legacy State of the Union

Well, the mage venue just finished its first year of chronicle about an hour ago. I am quite pleased to announce that within the first year of the chronicle 150 applications for legacies (both published and custom) had been approved. Much as I had hoped, the distribution for custom and published legacies was exactly where I hoped it would be as published legacies came in at 80 percent, and custom legacies accounted for 20 percent of all legacies in play.

While I know many people have wished for lower approval levels on legacies in order to make access to legacies easier, I hope this announcement helps to show that legacies are finding their way into play. If you are a mage player interested in pursuing a legacy, I strongly encourage you to either pursue finding a PC mentor for your legacy either IC or OOC, or pursuing the legacy on your own either in your character background for new characters just now entering play or through NPC mentors for those legacies which are still exceptionally small in number of PC members.
